Getting a new vehicle is always exciting.  You've got your ride, your sense of freedom, your safe mode of transportation wherever you need to go.  Whether you've picked a new fuel-efficient sedan, a used truck, a third-row SUV with all the options, you've picked out a vehicle that fits your lifestyle and your needs.  Less exciting?  Getting regular maintenance, or even when something unexpectedly goes wrong on your car.  Whether it's your first oil change at 3,000 miles or a flat tire that needs replacement, we've got three shops filled with ASE certified technicians here to serve you and get your vehicle back out on the road where it belongs.  Today, we wanted to highlight some commonly asked questions about the services we offer through our Service Departments.

How do I get an appointment for service on my vehicle?  We have three service departments within our company, located at our New Ford Store in Fayetteville, our New Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM store in Fayetteville, and our Springdale Ford store.  Appointments are available online (Link: https://www.lewissuperstore.com/schedule-service.htm), or you can call the service department directly to speak to one of our service schedulers and get your vehicle on the appointment schedule.  Our contact numbers are as follows:

Fayetteville Ford: (888)314-4824

Fayetteville CDJR: (479)316-6335

Springdale Ford: (888)347-5715

What about checking in?  You're more than welcome to bring your truck, car, SUV, or van into our shop at the time of your scheduled appointment, or you can drop it off in the morning to come back and get it later.  If you're going to wait in the dealership, our Service waiting rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily, and even have a kid's corner with activities to keep your small child entertained.

Who will I be dealing with? Our Service Advisors will be at our front desks, ready to get your vehicle checked in for its appointment.  They're the ones that interface between our customers and our technicians to make sure your vehicle is cared for and fixed.  If any unexpected issues crop up along the way, our Service Advisors will notify you ASAP to see if and when you'd like those issues repaired.

What about social distancing?  We do also offer curbside drop-off for your vehicles, and waiting areas outside.  You can call our phone number (listed above and also listed on a banner outside our Service Department's entrance) and one of our Service Advisors will come out to greet you and get your keys.  We also wipe down and sanitize all the touchpoints of the vehicles before the vehicle is returned to its' owner.  In our Fayetteville stores, we also offer Home Pickup and Delivery for service to our Fayetteville, Springdale, and Farmington area customers.

What happens when my vehicle is done? Once your vehicle has finished with its scheduled service, our technicians will notify your Service Advisor that it's complete, and list out if there's any other necessary repairs needed in the future.  You'll be notified either in person or by phone (depending on if you've opted to wait) and our Service Advisors will go over the details on your car, truck, SUV, or van's repairs with you.  Of course, as with any bit of machinery, we strive to fix the issue right the first time, even if we do unintentionally make mistakes or miss issues along the way.  If any new issues arise after your service appointment is completed, you're always welcome to notify your Service Advisor so they can determine the best course of action to get your vehicle back into suitable condition.

If you're ready to schedule your vehicle's service, we're here to help!  Whether it's a tire rotation on your new Ford F-150, an oil change on your Jeep Wrangler, or a transmission flush on your used sedan, our team is trained and ready to help you with your service needs.
