"I had a five-star new truck buying experience with salesman Matt Grosse. He was kind, professional, informed, and never pressured me to buy-even though I took three hours to evaluate two trucks. He answered my questions promptly via text on multiple occasions. The hospitality he showed when I arrived for my scheduled test drive was similar to a five-star resort welcome.

The price, trade, financing, and insurance negotiations were all smooth and low-pressure. I walked in knowing what I could afford and what a fair price was, and I walked out with a fair deal in my target price range. The finance manager was just as kind-transparent, helpful, and low-pressure.

Once my truck was purchased, another Ford employee sat with me to make sure I understood all the features and offered help in the coming weeks if I had any questions about the technology. My only negative is the same one that applies to most dealerships-it can take a while to complete the process. Even so, I'm very happy and would highly recommend Matt Grosse to anyone, including my own mother."
